Our New IPA – Triple New England IPA

Triple New England IPA

For quite some time we have been planning to brew a truly bold and intensely aromatic IPA. The last time we released a new beer in this style was back in 2021 — so it had definitely been a while. But the wait is finally over — here it is!

The malt bill is built around Pilsner malt, supported by a generous share of oat malt and oat flakes, which create the beer’s creamy and velvety texture. A touch of wheat malt enhances foam stability, while the addition of chit malt contributes to the beer’s stable haze and fuller structure.

The hop profile is driven by three outstanding varieties: Galaxy, Talus (formerly HBC 692) and Dolcita (formerly HBC 1019).

The aroma opens with expressive notes of passion fruit and pineapple, followed by sweet orange, melon and floral nuances. As the beer warms up, subtle hints of blackberry begin to emerge. On the palate, ripe tropical fruit takes centre stage, leaning toward slightly candied flavours. The beer is dense and juicy, with distinct creaminess and a delicate vanilla-like background. Bitterness remains low, with a citrus accent that balances the sweetness and brings order to the whole composition.
