Full Nelson

Nelson Sauvin Hazy IPA

Full Nelson was literally “filled” with Nelson Sauvin hops, which we love. We did not spare hops either in the “hot” or “cold” fermentation, neither for the bitterness nor for the aroma. The well-known aromas of white wine, gooseberry pulp, tropical fruit, as well as undergrowth and resin will explode in you from the first sip you take. It is such a decisive and characteristic combination that it almost divides the consumers according to a clear dividing line: “I love / hate”. Hops, which burst onto breweries and craft brewery tanks in 2000, are grown in the Nelson Province of New Zealand’s Tasman Bay. Its name derives from the combination of the name of the place where it grows with the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, the aroma of which is commonly associated.

Nelson Sauvin does a great job in beers that are very juicy and with a very round and full body derived from oat and wheat flakes, so we’ve added a lot of them too!
