Blackcyl, our everyday’s Black IPA, is a beer with rich aromas of pine, citrus and herbs, complemented by notes of dark chocolate derived from dark malts. We have been producing it continuously since 2015, and over the years it has already had several versions: a more intense one, i.e. Blackcyl Double, and a variant with citrus peel – Blackcyl Special Edition. However, we couldn’t do without further work on the intensity of the sensations and we decided to make Blackcyl even more imperial beer. This is how Triple Blackcyl was created, a velvety and juicy beer, in which we focused less on extracting the alcoholic power of the superior extract, and more on making a powerful beer body, literally “dripping” with the flavor of the hops and toasted sunflower seeds. You can expect resinous and pine notes, but also a slightly penetrating coconut note that comes from Sabro hops.
