Another beer in Our New IPA Needs No Introduction series! This time its Citrus Session Juicy IPA. Sounds complicated? We’re already translating!
Citrus – we used citrus zest, i.e. very thinly peeled orange, lemon and grapefruit peels, which give a slightly different aroma and tropical taste than American hops.
Session – in this edition we wanted maximum drinkability (session), so we chose a lighter branch of the IPA family as the “beer base”.
Juicy – this is how we arranged the malt-flake grist and selected the yeast and fermentation profile to obtain a pleasant juiciness and velvety texture.
