Piece of Cake

Session West Coast IPA

Piece of Cake beer, first brewed in 2015, is back in a new, drier version. We’ve changed the hop blend quite substantially and at the same time we raised the level of cold hopping, making Piece of Cake smell like it’s never smelled before. The beer contains less alcohol than its progenitor, more noticeable bitterness, and is extremely drinkable.

Even before brewing, we made it a point of honour to put the changes into practice so that we can classify this beer as a Session West Coast IPA. We think we have absolutely succeeded! There are: dryness, solid citrus bitterness and a strong tangerine-orange aroma that intertwines with the classic, old-school, resinous IPA. Even the most discerning Westcoast fans won’t be disappointed!
