OLD SCHOOL – Classic Czech Pilsner

Brewed with floor-malted Czech Pilsner malt from the family-run Klusáček malt house, using the traditional decoction mashing method. The hop profile is built around classic Czech varieties: Saaz, Sládek and Premiant. Fresh bread, biscuit, herbal and floral notes come through in both the aroma and flavour, followed by a clean, noble bitterness. We did everything the proper way, following the traditions of Czech brewing.

The result is a Pilsner built around the balance between malt and hops — exactly the way this style has been brewed in the Czech Republic for decades.
