For the fermentation of our new Sour Brews line we employed both yeast as well as bacteria. It’s the latter that are responsible for the distinctive acidic taste and flavour. These beers go extremely well with fruits, so we add highest quality and freshest juices, pressed right before the brewing. When it comes to choosing those, we are as demanding as we are with hops and malts!
Our sour beers are awfully refreshing, making them the perfect choice for the hot summer days. We will brew the throughout the whole year though, and will continue to grow this line.
