Using 100% craft methods, we managed to develop an original method of brewing craft beer with an alcohol content of two beautiful zeros: 0.0%. We are even more proud of the fact that our 0.0% Unplugged Citrus APA is simply tasty, aromatic and without a doubt remains faithful to the American Pale Ale style, which we have additionally enhanced with the addition of citrus peels. Thanks to this treatment, our APA “unplugged” is exceptionally crisp and drinkable, and at the same time surprisingly full-bodied.

What is the difference between beers with an alcohol content of 0,0% and those with an alcohol content of up to 0,5%?

Beers with an alcohol content of less than 0.5% by volume contain traces of alcohol – up to 0.49% by volume, according to the law in force in Poland, they can be marked as non-alcoholic. Such a concentration of the amount of ethyl alcohol has practically no effect on the human body, and it is worth knowing that many other food products that have little in common with beer may also contain a similar amount of alcohol. Even kefir, sauerkraut, ripe bananas and even some breads, especially those baked with natural sourdough, can contain up to 0.5% alcohol by volume.

Our 0.0% Unplugged Citrus APA, on the other hand, is a totally ZERO-ZERO beer, i.e. with an alcohol content of 0.0% by volume. This means that less alcohol is consumed by drinking this beer than by eating pickled cucumbers or sipping kefir.
