Full Superdelic

Superdelic is a relatively young hop variety — its origins
go back to 2012, and it is one of the newest cultivars from New Zealand. The name combines the words “super” and “delicious”. It quickly caught the attention of brewers around the world, offering a completely different aromatic spectrum compared to the region’s well-known hop varieties.

It brings an exceptionally juicy, sweet and multi-layered character to the beer. Dominant notes include ripe mango and citrus, while some drinkers also perceive gooseberries, grapes and a subtle notes of naphtha. This is a hop that truly shines in single-hop beers — and in Full Superdelic, of course, we used nothing but this variety. We also added a generous amount of wheat and oat flakes, giving the beer a smooth, full-bodied texture. A soft, pleasant bitterness complements the whole profile, highlighting the hop’s juicy expression.

The result is an exceptionally well-balanced beer, easy to drink and highly enjoyable.
