Ozzie

Another installment of our Australian series, opened with Tassie – Tasmanian Pale Ale, continued with Ozzie – Australian IPA and ended with Dundee. They differ in almost everything: strength, body, alcohol content, but their common denominators are the wonderful Australian hops: Enigma, Ella, Topaz, Vic Secret and of course “reliable” – Galaxy.

Expect Ozzie to have a lot of fruitiness in aroma as well as juiciness and a moderate bitterness in taste.
