Dundee

The last element of our Australian triptych, which begins with Tassie – Tasmanian Pale Ale, continues with Ozzie – Australian IPA, and ends with Dundee. They differ in strength, body, alcohol content, but their common denominators are the wonderful Australian hops: Enigma, Ella, Topaz, Vic Secret and of course “reliable” – Galaxy.

Expect Dundee to have a lot of fruitiness in aroma as well as juiciness and a moderate bitterness in taste.
