Blackcyl
Black IPAWhen brewing Black IPAs it’s not hard to end up with dark, burnt malts overshadowing the tangy hop flavours. We like to think we found the perfect balance. It was our goal that the main difference between this black IPA and a pale IPA was that… it’s black!
It wafts of pine, resin, grapefruit and herbs, all subtly complemented by malty, chocolatey notes.
Beer is also available with a citrus zest – it’s called Blackcyl Special Edition, and in strengthened version – Blackcyl Double.
