Szczyt Sezonu

Peak of the Season is the fortified version of our basic saison – Otwarcie Sezonu. We went heavier on the malt, we added rye to make it fuller bodied and then threw in new-wave American hops. What emerged is a modern interpretation of the saison style (one that would most definitely not help the farm workers :))

Fruitiness and spiciness on the nose, with a hint of citrus. Distinctly bitter, round and complex, this hefty beer hides its strength even with its elevated ABV.
