New Zealand Wheat

We mixed American Wheat style with New Zealand hops. A light beer, rich in wheat malts and full of hops from the Land of the Long White Cloud. You can expect white fruit, kiwi, lime, passionfruit and coconut aromas. Soft bitterness balances them out.

A perfect beer for hot days – especially under a white cloud!

ABV: 4.1 %

Extract: 10.5 %

IBU: 20

Hops: Rakau, Wai-iti, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka

First batch: March 2020

Water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, yeast.
