— a Baltic Porter that respects the foundations of the style while deliberately stepping outside its usual framework. Dark, bottom-fermented, strong and full-bodied, yet built with a distinctly different idea in mind.

What truly defines this beer is its exceptionally complex malt profile. The grist consists of thirteen different malts, making it one of the most elaborate blends we have ever used. Alongside barley, rye and spelt play a crucial role — grains rarely found in Baltic Porters. They bring depth, weight and oily texture, as well as characteristic notes of fresh bread and subtle spice.

This Baltic Porter stands apart from our other interpretations of the style. Its profile is more “brown” and it is built around notes of bread, caramel and dried fruit. It completes our portfolio perfectly, offering a broader and less obvious perspective on what a Baltic Porter can be.
