Otwarcie Sezonu

Saison originated in Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium. It was traditionally brewed for the summer season to refresh farm workers during the harvest. With this accessible, citrusy beer we offer you a refreshing break from the heavy hopped IPAs. To achieve this we used only the classic European hops and dedicated saison yeast.

It smells of fruit, cloves and herbs; tastes slightly tart, subtly bitter and dry. Lively and yet delicate carbonation makes it exceptionally fresh and quaffable, ideal for the warmer season. Personally, we like to open and close the night with this one.
