Knotty

In the city – the icon of the west coast of the United States, that is San Francisco, we were very impressed with the incredible tangle of cable wires hanging from poles, which can be around 150 years old! It is therefore understandable that the beer inspired by the “City on the Bay” had to mix various threads, influences and inspirations.

Knotty is dry and solidly bitter, without this there is no “Westcoast”. In the boiler and the tank we put a rich mix of hops from the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. The aroma mixes earthy and resinous notes, passing through citrus, tropics, and ends with white wine.

Either way, undo this knot of flavors and aromas yourselves!
