Dates, Figs & Raisins Imperial Stout Bourbon Barrel Aged

One of three anniversary versions of our Imperial Stout, which aged for over two years in bourbon barrels: Maker’s Mark, Wild Turkey, and Buffalo Trace. This process smoothed out the boldness of the beer, enriching its flavor with distinctive notes of vanilla, oak, dried fruits, and the essence of the bourbon itself. Each barrel imparted unique intensity and character to the taste and aroma.

In this version, we added dried dates, figs, and sultana raisins, which we believe pair perfectly with the slightly dry base, rich in dark chocolate and vanilla notes, adding balanced sweetness and fullness.
