Chmiel Sezonu

Chmiel Sezonu (Hops of the Season) is a saison-style beer, additionally cold hopped with new wave hops varieties: Citra (USA) and Topaz (Australia) which are very aromatic.

The aroma is a classic composition of typical Belgian yeast (cloves, fruit, aromatic herbs) that we have decided to complement with hops: Citra, which brings strong citrus notes to the beer, and Topaz, which in turn has a scent of lychee, but also of resin and blueberries.

All this creates a beer with many aromatic and flavor layers. If we add to this that the beer is dry and its bitterness is exactly “at the right point”, we get a beer that defends itself.
