Alcohol-Free Tropical Sour AleBezalkØ.Ø Tropical Sour Ale was brewed with no shortcuts. We used genuine brewing ingredients,
fruit pulps and juices prepared according to our own specifications, as well as fresh citrus peels, which were prepared on site at the brewery.
It is a rare example of a craft beer with zero alcohol content, making it an ideal choice for those who want to completely avoid alcohol, without compromising on character or quality.
As always at Trzech Kumpli, we did not use any added sugars, sweeteners, or artificial flavourings — whether “nature-identical” or so-called “natural”.
The beer is gently sour and well-balanced, without any overtightening in either direction. We added mango, passion fruit and white guava, while the aromatic freshness is enhanced by fresh citrus peels: orange, grapefruit and lemon. Bitterness remains low and grapefruit-like, present solely as a subtle finishing touch.
