Witbier Trzech Kumpli

Witbier

While various interpretations of this style have emerged on the market, we decided to stick with the classics and focus on balance. The grain bill features, as expected, wheat malt, wheat flakes, and oat malt – all contributing to a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. For hopping, we selected well-known European varieties: East Kent Goldings, traditionally used in Witbier production, and Hallertau Blanc, which adds a gentle, grape-like finish.

We also added sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel from Curaçao, and coriander seeds – though in a slightly lower amount than usual, because… well, we’re not huge fans of coriander. 😉 After all, we brew what we like!
