Smoked Plum Imperial Stout Bourbon Barrel Aged

Our classic Imperial Stout, Idiota, aged for over two years in bourbon barrels: Maker’s Mark, Wild Turkey, and Buffalo Trace. This process smoothed out the boldness of the beer, enriching its flavor with distinctive notes of vanilla, oak, dried fruits, and the essence of the bourbon itself. Each barrel imparted unique intensity and character to the taste and aroma. In this version, we enriched the beer’s aroma and flavor by adding smoked plums – Suska Sechlońska, which pairs perfectly with the roasted malt base, creating a complex smoky- woody mix of aroma and flavor. Suska Sechlońska is a regional product from the heart of our beloved Beskid Mountains.
