Our New IPA – Ultra West Coast IPA

Our New IPA Needs No Introduction is a series of beers that we are going to brew only in one style. But in what style! India Pale Ale is the flagship style of the brewing revolution that has been going on around the world since the seventies of the last century. The IPA has dozens of variations, approaches, schools and substyles. We are about to open our Ultra West Coast IPA series.

The beer is high-extract, high-alcohol, with a very high level of bitterness and it is packed with aromatic hops: Amarillo, a wonderful classic, the new Idaho 7 and the newest actor in our hops theater: Zappa.

In Our New IPA Needs No Introduction we have focused on “limited” means of expression in the graphics and description of the beer, as well as in the “sea story”. So something a bit different than usual for us.
