Our New IPA – Cold IPA

Cold IPA

Cold IPA is a relatively recent approach to the world’s most iconic craft beer style. This interpretation is pale straw in color, crystal clear, extra dry, and impressively crisp — making it incredibly drinkable and refreshingly sharp. The name “Cold IPA” refers to the use of lager yeast during fermentation, which ensures a clean and neutral profile, allowing the hops to shine through with full aromatic intensity.

The base of our Cold IPA is built on ultra-light malts, complemented by rice flakes, which are characteristic of this style. They contribute to the beer’s clarity and enhance its dry finish. But the true heart of this beer lies in its hops — a spectacular trio that defines both its aroma and flavour:

Alora – brings forward bright notes of sweet melon and the distinct citrusy zing of yuzu fruit.
HBC 1019 – adds subtle hints of coconut, tangerine, and floral nuances with a soft milky undertone reminiscent of a fruit shake.
Superdelic – completes the bouquet with aromas of praffin, gooseberry, grapes, and playful touches of cotton candy.

These are the kind of hops that make every IPA enthusiast’s heart beat a little faster — and we’re pretty sure we won’t let anyone down with this one!
