Nitro Wheat Cocoa Stout
Wheat Cocoa StoutNitro Wheat Cocoa Stout offers not only a rich flavor but also a characteristic creaminess thanks to nitrogen saturation. This beer attracts with its multi-dimensional aroma – you can sense natural cocoa, dark chocolate, brewed coffee, and nuts, but also brownies and caramel.
This beer is brewed with a unique blend of malts: Golden Ale malt, wheat chocolate malt, and British and Belgian malts, which give it nutty and caramel notes. A subtle bitterness from Columbus hops adds complexity to the beer. To enhance the cocoa notes, we also used freshly roasted cocoa beans from Hispaniola, São Tomé, and Honduras varieties.
It is full-bodied but incredibly balanced – perfect for dark beer’s lovers. What is very important, in line with our brewing philosophy, we did not add lactose or any other unfermentable sugars to this beer.
