Full Sabro

Sabro hops debuted in the brewing market in 2018 and quickly gained the reputation as one of the most intriguing American varieties. What makes it special, aside from its wonderful aroma, is the fact that its genetic roots trace back to the mountains of New Mexico, from the wild female variety Neomexicanus. We couldn’t resist using this potential, so we decided to base the flavor and aroma of our next “Single Hop” beer on Sabro – a beer that uses only one hop variety.

In addition to classic notes of tropical and citrus fruits, Full Sabro is characterized by intense floral and coconut accents. The entire flavor profile blends perfectly with a velvety sweetness, finishing with a pleasant and mild bitterness.
