Our second Single Hop beer, whose flavor and aroma are based exclusivelyon the Citra variety – an absolute superstar among hops used by brewers in the craft beer revolution. This is one of the most intensely citrus and tropical fruit-scented hop varieties in the world. Moreover, Citra contains a significant amount of alpha acids, making it perfect for bittering. This makes Citra an exceptionally versatile hop, practically ideal for brewing “single hop” beers.

Full Citra smells of fresh citrus – tangerine, orange, with a hint of pomelo. The aroma is fruity, refreshing, and invites you to take the first sip. The flavor evokes freshly squeezed orange juice and lemongrass. The bitterness is rather low, with a grapefruit profile, which blends beautifully with a pleasant, velvety, and moderate body coming from the flakes.
