Fellowship
Nitro Rye Brown PorterBrown Porter is a historical beer style that originated in 18th-century London. What made it innovative at the time was the blending of beer worts with varying sugar concentrations derived from barley malt – a novel practice back then. It quickly gained a reputation as a hearty, nourishing beer and became particularly popular among dockworkers – known in English as porters. Among them, a distinct group called the Fellowship Porters stood out; they were involved, among other tasks, in delivering raw materials to local breweries.
In our interpretation of this traditional style, we wanted to bring out its smooth, mellow character – one that sets it apart from more roasted English Porters. The aroma offers a rich blend of nuts, caramel, rye bread, and dried fruits. The flavour faithfully reflects the aroma, with additional hints of grain-based coffee and a soft, restrained bitterness. Thanks to nitrogen carbonation and the addition of rye malt, Fellowship boasts an exceptionally creamy mouthfeel and dangerously high drinkability.
