How to Brew a “Craft Beer of the Year” Winner

“How to brew a great lager?” — this is a question brewers around the world have been asking themselves for decades. This article is not meant to be a universal remedy, nor a silver bullet that will work in every brewhouse. Instead, it presents the path that led Browar Trzech Kumpli to win the title of Lager Masters at the 2024 KPR Craft Beer Competition, as well as the Craft Beer of the Year 2024 award for “Lager Trzech Kumpli”.
