Two medals for Trzech Kumpli Brewery at the Barcelona Beer Challenge

Great news has reached us from Spain. At this year’s edition of the Barcelona Beer Challenge our beers won two medals — gold and silver. What makes the result even more special is that this was our debut in the competition and, at the same time, we were the only Polish brewery to return from this edition with medals.

Barcelona Beer Challenge is the largest beer competition on the Iberian Peninsula and one of the most important events of its kind in Southern Europe. Every year, more than a thousand beers from numerous countries enter the competition, judged by an international panel of certified judges who assess style conformity, brewing quality and sensory characteristics.

This year, the jury recognised two of our beers:

 Gold medal in the Non-Alcoholic Beer category –  BezalkØ Oatmeal Stout

 Silver medla in the Strong European Beer category – Trzech Kumpli Baltic Porter

For our non-alcoholic stout, this is yet another confirmation of its outstanding quality. The beer regularly receives recognition at European competitions and continues to add more gold medals to its collection.

The Baltic Porter has once again secured its place among the best. The silver medal in Barcelona adds to the beer’s previous international successes, including medals won at the European Beer Star in Germany and the International Beer Cup in Japan.

Winning two medals at our very first appearance at the Barcelona Beer Challenge is a source of great satisfaction for us and confirmation that our beers can successfully compete with the finest breweries from around the world.
