Alcohol-free Witbier

Non-alcoholic Witbier is a traditional Belgian wheat beer, also called biere blanche (white beer) because of the large amount of wheat. You will smell honey and vanilla sweetness, as well as oranges and spices. Fullness of taste, refreshing tanginess, tied by a light and balanced bitterness. Ok, ok, we did throw in some orange, grapefruit, lime and lemons peels – just for additional flavour.

Hops: Styrian Golding

Ingredients:

Water, barley malt, wheat flakes, wheat malt, oat flakes, yeast, peels: orange (Curacao), grapefruit, lemon and lime, hops, coriander, chamomile, lemon verbena.
